Kratos 3D Technology and Industry Ltd. (“Kratos”, “we”, “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of its users (“User”, “you”). The following information explains how KRATOS collects and processes information about you when you use our Application (as defined below).

By downloading and subscribing to the mobile application (as defined below) you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1- General
Kratos provides a unique mobile imaging application that combines innovative algorithms and a powerful, easy-to-use 3D software that enables facial analysis and modeling via 3D capability (“App”). The app scans the User's head in 360 degrees and captures a video showing the face from different angles. This captured video is decomposed into images, creating a 3D model of the user and allowing objective and traceable analysis ("Services"). This collected data is never used for any other purpose. Additionally, the Application allows Users to share their 3D models with third parties such as clinicians, doctors, etc. for additional consultation. This sharing is not made by Kratos; The user can do it himself if he wants. Kratos allows User to share.
2- Device
Users can access the Application via a mobile phone or tablet (“Device”). This Privacy Policy governs your access to the App regardless of how you access the App, and by using the App you consent to the collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure and other uses described in this Privacy Policy.
3- Information CollectionSome information may be collected automatically when you use the App, and some is collected when you interact with our App. Personally identifiable information may be collected, including but not limited to your email address and password (hereinafter: “Personal Information”).
The type of information that may be collected automatically is non-personal information, which includes your session times, information about your Device and internet connection, and the frequency and extent of your use of the Application.
KRATOS will collect your Personal Information solely for the purpose of providing the Application and Services in the ways detailed below:
a) If you wish to register to use the App, we will collect your Personal Information such as your full name, email address, phone number, gender (optional) and your chosen password.
b) If you want to log in to use the mobile browser, we will collect your email address and your chosen password.
c) If you wish to obtain a 3D model of your face using the App, we will collect the photos produced by the 3D scan of your face and request that you grant access to your Device's camera.
4- Use of InformationWe use the Personal Information we collect from you for a number of different business purposes according to different legal processing bases. We may use or process your Personal Information for the following purposes. One or more purposes may apply simultaneously.
a) Providing the Requested Services
In order to provide you with the requested Services, we collect your Personal Information in the ways set out in section 3 of this Privacy Policy.
Collection of such information will enable us to provide you with technical and professional assistance in relation to the Applications and Services that are provided to you or that you request to be provided to you.
We process Personal Information where this is necessary for the satisfactory performance of the contract for the provision of the requested Services and the Application.
b) Improvement and Development of Services
We collect Personal Information to improve and improve our Services and to understand feedback on the KRATOS 3D App to help provide more information about the use of our Services quickly and easily.
We collect Personal Information for the purpose of continually reviewing and improving the information provided on our Application to ensure that our Application is user-friendly.
We collect Personal Information to improve the management and administration of our business and to maintain compliance with our internal policies and procedures.
We conduct surveys and research, test features in development, and analyze the information we have to evaluate and improve our application, develop new features, conduct audits and troubleshooting activities.

We process this information in light of our legitimate interest in improving our App and Services by enabling our Users to browse in a safe environment.d) Personalization of Content, Advertising and Marketing
If you have used the KRATOS service in the past, we have a legitimate business interest in matching the data we collect with other data we have previously collected.
This allows us to understand your needs and interests, optimize the content we send to you, provide you with relevant notifications and make the App more relevant and relevant to your needs.
This also allows us to improve your App experience by providing you with personalized content, recommendations and features.

5- Disclosure of Information and Transfer of Data

If you wish to do so, the Application allows you to share information collected through the Application with third parties, such as medical professionals. Please note that in such a case, KRATOS is not responsible and cannot be held liable for the use of such information by such third parties.
We may share your information with analytics service providers for analytics purposes. Such analytics service providers place their own cookies or other identifiers on your Device from which they may collect information about your use of our Application. This helps us compile aggregate statistics about the effectiveness of our App and Services.
We may also transfer your information, including Personal Information, in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, sale of related assets or corporate spin-off or other fundamental corporate change. We may also disclose information about you to comply with any valid legal investigation or process, such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute or court order. We will also disclose certain information in special cases, such as if you use the Application to commit an illegal act or omission, or if you commit any act or omission that may harm KRATOS, its property or goodwill, or if there is an attempt to violate the Application. Information will also be disclosed in the event of a security threat to the security of the Application or a physical or property threat to you or others.6- Your rights

In some jurisdictions, including but not limited to jurisdictions within the European Union (“EU”) or the European Economic Area (“EEA”), you may have certain rights with respect to your Personal Information. Depending on this eligibility, you may have the following rights:
a. Request confirmation of the existence of processing.
b. Request correction of your Personal Information if the information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete.
c. Object to the processing of your Personal Information for direct marketing purposes.
D. Object to processing of your Personal Information where our legal basis for processing is that such processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, Object to automated decision-making (including profiling) in certain cases.

8- Data Security
We implement industry standard or better measures to ensure the security, confidentiality, integrity and availability of the Personal Information we process. We maintain physical, technical and administrative measures and test and update them periodically. In order to provide the Application to you, we attempt to restrict access to Personal Information on a "need to know" basis. In the event of a security breach, we will take all reasonable measures to minimize any harm, including notifications. Although we will do our best to protect Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to the Application and transmission is at Users' own risk.
9- Data Storage
The video that scans the User's face from personal information collected through the application is deleted immediately after the 3D model is created. The 3D model created by the application is stored in KRATOS digital storage areas for 1 month. If you withdraw your consent to our processing of your Personal Information, we will delete your Personal Information from our systems, unless the Personal Information is necessary for KRATOS to establish, exercise or defend against legal claims or is necessary for the fulfillment of the requested request.
10- Children's Privacy
The application is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect information about children under 16 years of age.
IF YOU ARE UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE, YOU CANNOT USE THE APPLICATION UNLESS PARENTAL CONSENT IS OBTAINED.

This Privacy Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey without affecting the choice of law rules. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or related to this Privacy Policy shall be in the competent courts located in Ankara and Istanbul, Turkey, to the exclusion of all other jurisdictions.
